1. Postage & Shipping
1.1. All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Customers can expect delivery between 1-2 working days (Excluding Weekends, Bank Holidays and Public Holidays).
1.2. Delivery cost is £3.99. Delivery cost is fixed, it does not change with quantity. Buy as much as you want, the delivery cost will not increase.
If there are courier delays with your order, we will not be refunding or sending another item out without there being an investigation made by the courier company FIRST. This can take a couple of weeks.
1.3. Free collection service at Al Sharif Store, 705 High Road Leyton, London, E10 6RA.
1.4. We ship to all mainland UK. We do not offer worldwide shipping at the moment..
2. Images & Products
2.1. Please note whilst every care has been taken to show the exact likeness of the product, the colour may vary slightly due to screen and monitor settings. If in doubt, please get in touch at info@alsharif.co.uk to clarify.
2.2. Each item varies in size & style, you should refer to measurements of the product before placing the order. Please ensure you order the correct sizes as disputes may not be upheld.
3. Refunds & Exchanges Policy
3.1. . We have a 7 days Refunds.
3.2. We will exchange item(s) in store as long as the product(s) for:
3.2.1. Clothes are returned in the same unworn, unwashed condition with the tags intact, in the original packaging it was sent in.
3.2.2. Fragrances are in the original packaging and unopened.
3.3. Any scent of perfume, any marking of deodorant or make-up or any other stains that occurred whilst trying the item(s) will be refused exchange.
3.4. Al Sharif Store reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the exchange procedures have not been followed.
3.5. All goods are thoroughly checked before dispatched. However, if a faulty item has been received, please respond within 24 hours so we can agree a resolution.
4. Payment Method
4.1. Payment can be made using a Bank Debit or Credit Card.
4.2. We also offer PayPal Payment method.
