We want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Please return items in a saleable, unworn, and undamaged condition in their original packaging. Items must also be sent back to us within the same 14-day period from the delivery date.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a store credit equal to the value of the returned item (excluding delivery charges). Store credit is valid for 6 months.

Please wait for confirmation before sending your return, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in resalable condition
- Items must be returned in original packaging (including original bag)
- Please include your order number inside the return
Shipping & Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We recommend using a tracked service
- If your order qualified for free shipping (over £50) and a return brings the total below this threshold, the standard delivery fee will be deducted from your store credit
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on:
- Fragrances
- Oud & Bakhoor
- Perfumes and Home/Essentials collections
We also cannot accept returns if items:
- Have been worn, washed, or damaged
- Have odours (e.g. perfume or detergent)
- Are returned in unsuitable condition (e.g. stains, makeup marks, holes, or missing packaging)
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined and returned to you at your expense.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll fix it.
